Root Chakra

General Description:

The Root Chakra is also considered as the First Chakra. It is our connection to the earth and is considered as our foundation to this physical existence. Our feelings of safety and security are related to this chakra. This chakra is the most instinctual of all chakras and is our survival center. Our fight or flight response is initiated from it.
