The sacral chakra creates female energy and enables reproduction through the birthing process. It is also active in our sexuality and the expression of our sensual and sexual desires. It motivates our survival of the species. This chakra is motivated by pleasure, as we experience the enjoyment of life through our senses. It is stimulated by our sensations of tasting, touching, smelling, hearing, or seeing. This chakra is associated with our seeking of new adventures.
