General Description:
The Heart Chakra is our fourth energy center. It is said to bridge earthly and spiritual aspirations by the principles of transformation and integration. This chakra is associated with compassion, love, and beauty. We can establish relations with other people through this chakra while not using egotistical interests for doing so. It allows us to express our compassion and love for all beings. This chakra also gives us the sense of community by stimulating self-awareness. Our fourth chakra connects the lower and upper chakras. It acts as a harmonious center that blends earthly matters and higher aspirations. This chakra is also associated with giving and receiving in our relationships.
